Service includes
• Picking up your clothes from your location
• Pressing & folding / hanging your clothes
• Delivering your clothes to the same pick up location
• Use of quality Laundry Products
• Additional charge may apply to extra items not included on the selected package

Timing
Our standard delivery time is 48 hours from the pick-up time.

Item types excluded
All "clothing" items are accepted, and item types excluded are dresses and suits that require a different and more specialized cleaning process. "Clothing items do not include bed sheets, covers duvets, etc..."

Damage policy,
In the rare cases where an item is deemed damaged as a direct result of the cleaning process, a reimbursement of 10 times the cleaning price of the item, is made.

Allergies or Skin sensitivity
Please do convey any information about allergies or skin sensitivity to standard cleaning products, using the ‘Your Order’ page. All important information must be conveyed prior to the Laundry service so that the necessary adjustments can be made.

Additional services
There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed.
